What exactly is The UBSI Group?
We are a United Buying Service a Member Referral service that helps members save money. We use the "Mass Purchasing Power" of our large member groups to negotiate exclusive discounts and Closing Cost Credit that are not available to the general public.
How does the referral process work?
It's simple: Select the service you need, fill out a brief request form, and we will email you the name and contact info of an authorized "Member Representative" in our network. This representative is trained to provide you with your exclusive UBSI pricing without the need for haggling.
Is the pricing really pre-negotiated?
Yes. We have negotiated "Fleet-Level" pricing at our participating dealerships. When you arrive with your UBSI referral, you work with a specific manager who shows you the pre-set member price immediately.

How do I get the 1% Real Estate closing cost credit?
To qualify for the closing cost credit (e.g., $4,000 back on a $400,000 purchase), you must be referred to one of our network Realtors *before* you sign an agreement. The closing cost credit is applied as a credit on your closing disclosure.

Do appliances come with a warranty?
